The "fat hearing" after thermal insulation can be divided into the following situations(canned food)

2. (canned food)After the second heat preservation at 37 ℃ for 7 days, the degree of fat hearing remains unchanged, which may be chemical fat hearing;

3. (canned food)After the second heat preservation at 37 ℃ for 7 days, the fat hearing disappeared, which may be physical fat hearing.

When these three conditions cannot be determined, they shall be treated as microbial obesity. There is leakage in the shriveled sound, perforation, air leakage, juice leakage in the rusted sound, microbial fat sound, metal smell in the contents of the tank, serious peeling of the inner wall coating, corruption in the contents, etc. Cans with these conditions should no longer be eaten
